A new survey by the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) has shown major reductions in access to vital community services and benefits for people with neurological conditions.
The Government has committed to implementing the 2011 neuro rehabilitation strategy but, three years on, there is no plan in place, campaigners say. The alliance has called on the Government to look at the human and economic benefits of prioritising investment in community services for those with neurological conditions. (Times) >
